  Welcome to Henley & Bone. By visiting henleyandbone.com (the
  "Site") or buying from us, you agree to the following terms.

  1. About us
  Henley & Bone is the operating name of an e-commerce store selling
   dog ramps, dog beds, and related pet products. You can reach us
  at hello@henleyandbone.com.

  2. Your account
  You don't need an account to shop — guest checkout is available.
  If you create an account, you're responsible for the security of
  your password and any activity on your account. Don't share your
  login.

  You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your
  jurisdiction) to place an order.

  3. Products and pricing
  We try our best to display products accurately, but colors may
  render slightly differently on different screens, and product
  specifications are subject to manufacturer revision. If you
  receive something that materially differs from what was shown on
  the Site, our 1-Year Comfort Guarantee covers it.

  Prices on the Site are in US dollars and exclude any applicable
  taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update
  prices at any time. If we discover an error in the price of an
  item you've ordered, we'll notify you before shipping and you'll
  have the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel.

  Promotional codes have terms (validity dates, exclusions) shown at
   the code's source.

  4. Orders
  By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We
  reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order
  confirmation emails are not acceptance of your offer — your order
  is accepted when the product ships.

  We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, find a
  stocking error, or have any other legitimate concern. If we
  cancel, we'll refund you in full.

  5. Shipping and returns

  Policy) for the specifics.

  6. Intellectual property
  The Site content — product photos, descriptions, the Henley & Bone
   name and logo, blog articles, videos — is our intellectual
  property or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or
  use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

  You're welcome to share product photos on social media and link to
   product pages. Tag us — we love seeing how your dog (or cat) uses
   the ramp.

  7. Your content
  If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content to the
  Site (including via Judge.me reviews), you grant us a worldwide,
  royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content
  in connection with marketing the product. You can request removal
  of your own content at any time by emailing
  hello@henleyandbone.com.

  You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory,
  infringing, or harmful.

  8. User conduct
  Don't use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Don't attempt to
  interfere with the Site's operation, scrape data, or access areas
  not intended for public use.

  9. Disclaimers
  We sell dog ramps and pet furniture, not medical devices. The Site
   does not provide veterinary advice. If your pet has a medical
  condition, consult a veterinarian — our products are designed to
  help with mobility but are not substitutes for professional
  veterinary care.

  The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of
  any kind, except as required by applicable consumer protection law
   and our 1-Year Comfort Guarantee.

  10. Limitation of liability
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henley & Bone's total
  liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site
  or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for the
   product in question.

  We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
  consequential damages — including but not limited to lost profits
  or property damage — except where prohibited by law.

  11. Indemnification
  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Henley & Bone and its
  affiliates from any claims arising out of your breach of these
  Terms or misuse of the Site.

  12. Changes to these Terms
  We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will
   be communicated via a notice on the Site or by email if you have
  an account. Continued use of the Site after changes means you
  accept the updated Terms.

  13. Governing law
  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,
  USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any
  dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or
   federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that
  jurisdiction.

  14. Severability
  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the
  rest remain in full effect.
