Shipping Policy

  Where we ship
  We currently ship to all 50 United States and US territories.
  International shipping is not available at this time — sign up at
  henleyandbone.com if you'd like to be notified when it launches.

  Cost
  Free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum.

  How long it takes
  Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through
  Friday, excluding US holidays). Standard shipping typically
  arrives 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your
  distance from our US fulfillment center.

  You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your
  order ships.

  Address accuracy
  Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can
  correct an address before a label is generated, but once it ships
  we can't reroute. If the package is returned to us as
  undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (you may be
  responsible for additional shipping costs in cases of address
  error).

  What happens if my package is lost or damaged
  If your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it,
  please check with neighbors and your local post first — most
  "missing" packages turn up within 48 hours. If it still doesn't
  show up after 3 days, email hello@henleyandbone.com and we'll file
   a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

  If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and
   product within 24 hours of delivery and email it to
  hello@henleyandbone.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

  PO Boxes and APO/FPO
  We can ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses via USPS. Estimated
   delivery is 7–14 business days for these addresses.

  Order changes
  If you need to change or cancel an order, email
  hello@henleyandbone.com within 4 hours of ordering — we ship fast,
   and once a label is generated we can't intercept it.
