Refund policy

30-Day Returns
  Return any Henley & Bone purchase within 30 days of delivery for a
  full refund — whether your pet won't use it, you bought the wrong
  size, or you simply changed your mind. The item should be in
  unused or like-new condition.

  How to return
  Email support@henleyandbone.com with your order number. We'll send
  a prepaid return label within one business day. Pack it in the
  original box or any sturdy box (it folds flat to under 3 inches).
  Once we receive it, your full refund goes to your original payment
  method within 3–5 business days (your bank may take another 2–5
  days to display it).

  What it costs you
  Nothing. Free return shipping, no restocking fee, no deductions —
  a full refund of what you paid.

  1-Year Warranty (defects & breakage)
  Separately, every ramp is covered for one year from delivery
  against defects and breakage under normal use. If it develops a
  fault or breaks while used as intended, email us with a photo and
  we'll repair or replace it free. This covers manufacturing defects
  and normal-use failures — not misuse, chewing, or accidents — and
  is not a money-back guarantee after the 30-day return window.

  Damaged or defective on arrival
  If your ramp arrives damaged, email us within 30 days with a photo
  and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the
  original.

  Discount-applied orders
  If you used a code (e.g. SUMMER10), your refund is for the amount
  you actually paid. The discount isn't refundable as cash.

  Cancellations
  Cancel before shipment by emailing within 4 hours of ordering.
  After a label is generated, the order ships and you'll use the
  return process above.

  Exchanges
  Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange the swap.

  Lost or non-arrival
  If your order shows delivered but isn't there, see our Shipping
  Policy.
