Shipping

Free shipping on every order

We ship every order free, no minimum. We'd rather build it into the price than make you do mental math at checkout.

Where we ship

United States only for now (lower 48 states). We're working on Canada and Alaska/Hawaii — likely live by mid-2026.

How long it takes

Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days from our warehouses. We don't yet offer expedited shipping; we'd rather every order arrive in good shape than rush it.

Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation email immediately, then a shipping confirmation with tracking when your ramp leaves the warehouse. If you don't see either email, check spam — and if it's not there, email us at support@henleyandbone.com and we'll find it.

Damaged in transit

Rare, but happens. Take photos of the damage and the box, email us, and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. Don't wait — let us know within 7 days of delivery so the carrier claim can be filed in time.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it: check with neighbors and your front desk first, then email us within 14 days. We'll work with the carrier and either refund or replace.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the warehouse pulls the ramp and we can't reroute.
