Two ways you’re covered

90-Day Returns. If it isn’t right for your dog, your home, or your routine — or your pet just won’t take to it — send it back within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. It should be in unused or like-new condition. We cover return shipping, and you don’t owe us an explanation.

90-Day Warranty. If it develops a defect or breaks under normal use within 90 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it free. This covers the product itself, not a change of mind after the 90-day window.

How a return works

  • Email support@henleyandbone.com and let us know it’s not working out. No questions asked, and no explanation needed.
  • We send a prepaid return label. No printing fees, no drop-off fees. Drop it at any UPS or FedEx location.
  • Once it arrives, we refund the full purchase price. Original and return shipping are on us. No restocking fee.
  • Your refund hits your card within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.

Helping your dog adjust

Some dogs trust a new ramp, set of steps, or bed the first day; most take 1–3 weeks. Lure them up with a treat the first few times and use it every time they go up or down. Ninety days is deliberately long — it’s enough time to know for certain, without feeling rushed. If it’s still not working, send it back — no hard feelings.

What’s covered

  • 90-day returns: it doesn’t fit your dog, cat, or home; your pet won’t use it after a fair attempt; or you simply change your mind — within 90 days of delivery, unused or like-new.
  • Damaged on arrival: we’ll send a replacement at no cost; you don’t even need to ship the damaged one back.
  • 90-day warranty: defects or breakage under normal use, repaired or replaced free.

What’s not covered

  • Change-of-mind returns after 90 days from delivery.
  • Warranty claims after 90 days from delivery.
  • Damage from intentional misuse or chewing — though normal wear and tear from your pet using it as intended is covered.
  • Items resold or marked as resale.
